My time at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus has provided me with one of the greatest experiences of my life. It not only gave me some of my happiest memories but also transformed me into a professional. The realization of the skills I now hold, and the experience of having earned money through dedicated hard work and accountability, highlights just how invaluable my four years at BITS have been.

My journey in the family business began as a student and intern, evolving into a whole-time executive managing people and finances. For 32 years, we've thrived in India, and now it's time to go global. My undergrad experience in Dubai has been instrumental in understanding diverse markets and Indian expats. While generational gaps exist in leadership styles, bridging them allows us to balance tradition with innovation, paving the way for growth.
